Today I went shopping with Diane again~
We watched the movie called "The Invasion" which lasted almost 2 hours and was a really exciting action/scientific movie
Diane and I were the first people to book the tickets (for a moment we thought happily that we'd be the only ones in the theater... but we were wrong - there were other people when we finally walked into the theater at 1:45pm)... We went to eat lunch together after we booked the tickets - stake again... and in my case, also chocolate milkshake...

The movie didn't finish until 3:30pm... and after that we just went shopping and took more sticker pix... I bought new eye shadow...

...and a new top...

well the pic isn't really clear... but i was realli happy with the new top and the eye shadow was awesome

it was such a stress-relief day
... well i still have lots of homework to get over with... and i need to get a shower too... i'll update again soon!! ^^

it's friday it's friiidddaaayyy~ ^^
It's been cloudy all day today...(_) ... and in the daytime during lunch at skool it was drizzling (looked a lot like snow rather than actual rain... hahaha) ... during lunch on the basketball court (outside the gym) there was a kind of pep ralli (did i spell that correctly) and some volunteers played a game of passing soaking wet sponges down the line (the goal is to stay as dry as possible) ...which was a very wrong day indeed to choose today as it started to drizzle... then after the game, the teachers ordered all of us to go to the basketball court (some people chose to watch the game from a distance) and the new student councils from each grade were announced. This year, Faith, Dear, and Julie became student councils of 11th grade. ...

I really love the weather today... it's not sunny so it's nice and cool - it's melting hot when it's sunny...

..and that's out the window beside my computer (in case you're wondering, i've taken the picture through the net window screen)... u can sort of see the road in front of my house (the red-bricked wall out there is the wall of a temple)... it's kind of windy today but u can't really see it in the picture ^^

on my english essay...

1st day of 11th grade~~~~ yay~ ... i was a bit late for homeroom (yes, on the very first day) cuz I didn't hear the alarm clock and woke up at nearly 7 in the morning. I guess itz cuz I've been so used to waking up later now that I didn't hear the alarm clock!!?? lolzzz.

Well anyway, 11th grade isn't divided into classes A and B anymore - everyone's in one huge class. Our new English teacher is our homeroom teacher... I think the new teachers are okay really... The English teacher looks ok (well not counting the fact that she's a bit strict with seating arrangements), and the new Chemistry teacher looks like a nice teacher too.

First day back and I've got LOADS of Precalculus homework, and not just Precalculus, but I've got homework for almost all 5 subjects I had today... (Right now I'm halfway through Precalculus homework) ...and I have to decorate my English journal cover next (I don't see any point in decorating...)
Thai class we had to write a 3-paragraph essay (was due at the end of the period) about Mother's day that was on August 12th, which nearly broke our fingers. For Chemistry and Literature&Film I have to do a simple, short research about... stuff... lolzz

I'm not in much of Faith's classes. So far it's only Literature&Film that we're together in, and I know for a fact that we're both in French 2 (which is tomorrow second period). I was with Tanya in Chemistry and tomorrow first period study hall. Precalculus was a really small class - only 9 people chose to take Precalculus in block B - there were only 3 girls in Precalculus - Me, Stephanie, and Grace... the English class was bigger, but still quite small, and Stephanie and I were the only girls in English block A.

...Well now it's 12.10am (plz note that I was writing this while I was doing homework and this entry was started at around 5-ish pm)... O.O I just finished most of my homework (still stumped on 5 questions for precal) ...but i guess i can work it out with some friendz tomoz during study hall...


Time for bed...

Went to Diane's house yesterday~ ^^ Just got a chance to
update cuz it was kinda late when i got home last night...
it was awesome!!! Well we spent most of the time on the
computer O.o;; since Diane's got one in her room... and we
watched 'Bandidas' and ate lots of junk food... there wasn't
much else to do cuz it's been drizzling all morning and it's
not the best weather to be walking around in... lolzz

After we watched the movie, Diane ordered pizza and her dad put on lotza ROCK MUSIICCCCC and it's not til 8.30pm (i think) that i finally got home...

And if course I never failed to take at least one photo...

...and yep that's Diane at the left and me at the right holding the camera... taken in Diane's room from the closet mirror ... LoLz

...at first we tried taking the photos with me holding the camera backwards, but we had quite a hard time fitting both of us into the picture, that's why we ended up using the mirror... just like lots of ppl do these days...

Well, time to go get my bag ready... gotta leave in 10 minutes for French school (urgh)...

Yep. School Supplies. Got 'em yesterday - new bag, new notebooks... I'm pretty happy with the new bag actually - I've been using a bright red bag for 2 years and stuff I own kept turning out to be red, so i was pretty glad to get rid of that red bag.


...i guess the notebooks were alright - they were cheap lolz (well, so was the new bag) ...I wanted to get the coil-bound type of notebook but the ones I got were half the price cheaper. I'm glad I didn't have to go shopping for more supplies.... I already have a really fat pencil case so I don't have to go hunting down and wasting more money on gel pens and mechanical pencils... and I'm still using the folder Faith gave me for my 16th birthday, which is now quite battered and a little dirty...

School next week...!!! ... and I'm feeling terrible - headache and all... if I don't feel well by next week, I guess it's hell... being absent on the first week or day of school is the very last thing I want.... ... mmm well...

It's a hair band!!!! LoLzzz... last night I was reading in my parents' bedroom when my dad, who was looking down at the bedspread at the moment, suddenly called me, looking amused, to go and look at what he was pointing at... and then I just understood why he looked so amused; my mom's hair band was lying there, except what made it so amusing was that it was twisted in a certain way that strongly resembled a treble cleff. If you don't believe me, compare the picture of the hair band with a real treble cleff on the bottom right of the picture... LoLzz... The hair band made a perfect treble cleff, except the bottom doesn't curl like the real one... but it doesn't matter - some people write treble cleffs without curling the bottom anyway... lolzz

I know some poeple would say "big deal" ... but you know... having a father who is a music teacher and learning to play musical instruments since I was little made it kind of obvious to notice a hair band that took the shape of a treble cleff... don't u think??!!

My mom alone (not a music teacher and does not play musical instruments) found it completely unexciting... the snort she let out when I grabbed my camera to take the picture confirmed it.... lolzzz+++

Long time no update...
...August the 14th is approaching and i haven't even bought a single school supply yet... my red school bag that I used for 2 years up 'til last year is torn and the zipper fell off, so I will have to buy a new one... haven't yet either...
Time really flies. It felt like summer only just started!!! Now i'm going to have to brace myself and get ready for the early morning alarms, piles of homework (not to mention catching up with French 2), projects, tests, final exams, and sleepless nights... lolzz

Well anyway, that wasn't what i meant to post in this entry at all... more like it just popped into my head... so lets get to what i ACTUALLY meant to post... LoLzz

...So i was just done with some chores this morning when i went back upstairs to my room to try to at least clean out some of the horrible mess I made on my desk in the past few weeks... but instead of cleaning, i simply sat down and looked at the mess.... ^^;;; ...and saw my small mirror, an old ring, and a hair clip sitting on it and the reflection on the mirror of the ring and clip somehow looked simple but interesting... then i donno why, but my hand just flew to the camera (which was lying around nearby on my desk) and experimented with it... turned out kind of interesting... you think...? lolzz ...yes i know i'm so random... ^^

...I've been craving for an iPod for ages, but can never save up enough money (I don't really get allowances and I can't really find a good part-time job)... and i've been digging into every drawer in my room for coins and bills... and i think that's how i came across that old ring and the hair clip... lolz

Um well my mom said she wants to eat out today (WHOOT!!)
...I hope whatever it is will reaLLi fill me up - i'm STARVING...
